ScanAuctions provides an automated vehicle sourcing intelligence platform for UK car dealers. The service includes auction scanning, AutoTrader valuation cross-referencing, MOT history lookups, and related tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details or platform connection tokens with unauthorised parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ScanAuctions only for legitimate car dealing purposes. You must not use the service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Resell or redistribute scan data commercially
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
Share account access beyond your team subscription limits

5. Pricing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AutoTrader valuations, MOT data, and scan results are provided for informational purposes only. ScanAuctions does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data and is not liable for business decisions made based on our data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

8. Third-Party Platform Access

ScanAuctions connects to third-party platforms (including but not limited to Motorway, CarWow, and AutoTrader) using credentials you provide. By using ScanAuctions:

You warrant that you are authorised to use these platforms and that your credentials are valid.
You understand that ScanAuctions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with these platforms.
You acknowledge that third-party platforms may change their terms, restrict access, or modify their services at any time, which may affect ScanAuctions' functionality.
ScanAuctions is not liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms as a result of automated access.

9. Limitation of Liability

ScanAuctions is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
