ScanAuctions has two plans, both billed monthly with no contract. You can cancel any time and keep using the product until the end of your current billing period. Pricing in GBP, VAT-exclusive.

Basic — £129/mo

Built for solo dealers who mostly buy from Motorway.

• 3 scans/day, 90 scans/month
• Motorway scanning only (CarWow Buy Now / Auctions are Ultimate-only)
• AutoTrader Public (consumer-side AT) supported for valuations
• Single-user account — no team sharing
• Email support, ~1h response during UK working hours
• Excel/CSV export, swipe mode, MOT history all included

Ultimate — £249/mo

Built for active dealers and small teams who source from multiple platforms.

• Unlimited scans
• All dealer platforms: Motorway, CarWow Buy Now, CarWow Auction
• Marketplace scanning: Facebook Marketplace, eBay Motors (consumer marketplaces, Ultimate-only)
• AI Plate Reading — 300/month team-wide cap
• Scheduled scans — recurring daily or weekly
• Up to 5 team members on one subscription
• Priority support, ~30min response

What we don’t charge for

These are bundled into both plans, no per-use fees:

• Scan Auctions Valuation — our own UK valuation engine when AT can’t price a car
• MOT lookups — full DVLA history on every car
• Plate reading on dealer platforms — Motorway/CarWow plate extraction is free
• Swipe mode and Excel/CSV exports

Free trial?

We don’t currently offer a free trial. We used to run a 7-day trial but replaced it with monthly billing and cancel-any-time — effectively your first month is the trial, and if it doesn’t pay back you cancel before the next renewal. See How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
